Confirmed Service Customer
The truck was in the shop for four days. There was addditional work that was approved by me. Additional work was recommended and I chose not to do. Communications was terrible. I left 4 VM on the shop lineover the course of 2 days and none were returned. The same with text messages. One day after the promise date I get a call saying it was done yesterday and you can pick it up. I paid for the additional work that I requested and the truck was brought out to me to look at. The additional work had not been done.
