Confirmed Service Customer

Melinda was so kind and courteous and helpful. NONE of the other service representatives helped her when she had a couple of questions. They were not busy with customers, just not interested in helping a fellow employee. It was kinda sad. This did NOT discourage Melinda from providing excellent customer service.
