Confirmed Service Customer
Staff is slow to greet customers upon entering. Two of the team members were chatting amongst themselves. When they finally acknowledged me they had me wait for a different service agent to check-in. Same thing with that agent. I waited at his computer while he chatted with a colleague for some time as well. When I was finally checked in the agent wasn���t friendly or personable. I probably would not return unless I absolutely have to or I have a coupon. The visit
