Confirmed Service Customer
Showed up for my appointment and was quoted 4-6 hours to reprogram my radio and serial gateway. I had my service advisor John add an oil change when I dropped the truck off. Received a call from him later stating they ran into issues with the reprogram and that they would need to keep my truck overnight. He was upfront and honest about the issues they were having and I understand that things don't always go as smooth as you want them to go. The next morning he called saying they were successful and that he would get me a Lyft back to the dealership to pick up my truck - which was appreciated. He also made sure the inconvenience of not having my truck overnight was compensated. Thanks John! Great customer service!
