My new Buick had just stopped functioning. No power, no nothing. I called the dealership and was able to schedule an appt for the same day as my vehicle was being towed to the dealership. The representative was extremely helpful and nice. He immediately found that the bolts connected to the battery were lose and he tightened them and was also able to get an oil change since I was at the dealership. Everyone was very accommodating and pleasant. Under the circumstance, I was very grateful for their help and service. Thank you!
