Confirmed Service Customer
My oil pump was replaced and was installed incorrectly. The oil in the car leaked all over my garage and I had to tow the car to the dealership to get it fixed. I was told by the service manager of the dealership and the GM of the dealership that they would have someone clean the oil in my garage and no one has come or contacted me and it has been over two weeks.
